Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. All orders need to be in by 3 PM AEST to ensure a 90% chance that they are posted that day. 

Shipping is free on all orders, and we use Australia Post Express for fast, tracked delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time due to high postage costs — but we hope to expand this in the future.


Returns

We’re confident you’ll love our patches — but if you change your mind, we offer no-questions-asked refunds on any unopened, unused packets.

To request a return:

  1. Email us at hello@patchedup.com.au

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We’ll guide you through the rest


📌 Important Notes:

  • We can’t accept returns for opened or used patches, for hygiene and quality reasons.

  • Return postage is at your cost, but you don’t need to use Express Post — a regular stamped envelope is fine.

  • Refunds are issued immediately — no questions asked.
