I originally ordered these sleep patches for my kids and my husband as they have difficulty getting to sleep. They were unconvinced that a patch would help. It could have been a coincidence but the first night the whole house was very quiet and they were all asleep. The next few nights they had trouble sleeping and 2/3 people had given up on the patches. My son is still keen on giving them a go but he’s patience is running thin. So I decided to wear the patch to see if it had any effect on me. Well, my husband who loves a back rub didn’t get one that night because I was in snooze land. I don’t usually have too much of an issue with sleeping but that night it felt instant. I can report that I woke up fresher too. So maybe not for the men in my family but I like them.
Having pernicious anaemia means by body can't absorb vitamin b12 through food and I need injections. These patches are handy for when I need to top up between injections. Sometimes they are tricky to remove from their backing sheet but otherwise work perfectly.

I’m new to wearing patches but like how they are easy to use.
Time will tell if they work.
